The Smiths – ‘How Soon Is Now?’ Music Video

The Smiths’ ‘How Soon Is Now?’ is one of those songs that wasn’t a huge success on the charts when it was first released in January 1985. In the UK, it peaked at #24, and in the U.S., it peaked at #36 on the Dance charts.

However, as the years have passed, the song has become The Smiths most well-known song, and came in at #477 on RollingStone magazine’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. NME ranked it much higher at #4 on their list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

Enjoy a look back at one of the ’80s greatest songs, and depending on the list, one of the top 500 or top five songs of all time!
