Live Aid – Rare Backstage Footage (July, 1985)

Rare backstage footage from Live Aid

Live Aid was one of the biggest concert events of all time. Queen’s performance at Live Aid (watch it here) is considered one of the greatest live performances of all time by any band. That’s what makes this video of rare backstage footage from Live Aid so remarkable in it’s simplicity.

Our favorite part of the video is when Phil Collins asks Paul Young to sign a couple of autographs for his kids, Simon and Joely!

Oh, and Elton John’s mullet is priceless!
