The Scorpions have been rocking the stage since 1971 when they released their debut studio album Lonesome Crow. Since that time, they’ve released so many great rock songs, and while many of their songs didn’t chart on the Hot 100 charts, they scored a number of huge hits on the rock charts. One of their biggest hits and most remembered songs is 1984’s Rock You Like A Hurricane, which peaked at number 25 on the Hot 100 charts and number five on the rock charts. In 2006, VHI ranked Rock You Like A Hurricane at number 31 on their 40 Greatest Metal Songs list.

It’s one of our favorite rock songs from not only the ’80s, but from any decade. Enjoy this look back at the Scorpions’ music video for Rock You Like A Hurricane from 1984!
