The Power Station was an ’80s supergroup featuring Robert Palmer, Tony Thompson from Chic, and John and Andy Taylor from Duran Duran. ‘Get It On (Bang A Gong) was the second single released from their 1985 self-titled album, and it was their second top ten single in the U.S. after the first single ‘Some Like It Hot’!
