Throughout the early and mid ’80s, Night Ranger enjoyed a lot of success on the charts, and their first five albums sold more than 10 million copies worldwide. Their most successful album was 1985’s 7 Wishes, which peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Hot 200 album chart.

The album produced three top 20 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Sentimental Street (#8), Four in the Morning (I Can’t Take Any More) (#19), and Goodbye, which peaked at number 17 on the Hot 100 and number 16 on the Mainstream Rock chart. Goodbye was their last top 40 hit on the Hot 100 charts.
