Kiss Sets the Record Straight with Interviewer Who Thinks They’re Devil Worshipers

August 3, 2021 By the80sruled Leave a Comment

In the early ’80s, religious fanatics claimed bands like Kiss were devil worshipers and wanted labels put on their records. In this interview from 1982, an interviewer does his best to bait Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley from Kiss into admitting they’re devil worshipers, but Gene and Paul answer every one of his questions in a calm and insightful manner. No matter what he throws their way, they’ve got an answer. The funniest part of this interview is seeing Gene and Paul in full makeup and costumes sitting on a couch talking to this guy in his tie and sweater. Enjoy!
