Johnny Carson as Ronald Reagan on The Tonight Show Spoofing Abbott & Costello’s “Who’s On First” Routine

Johnny Carson did a lot of different skits and impersonations, but his portrayal of Ronald Reagan was so good and so funny! This clip where Carson and actor Fred Holliday, who played Reagan’s chief of staff, recreate their version of Abbott & Costello’s “Who’s On First” routine is hilarious. In this skit, the conversation revolves around the premier of China at the time named Hu, Watt, Reagan’s then-Secretary of Interior, the Y (YMCA), and Yassir Arafat, the former Palestinian President. So funny!

And, just because, enjoy the famous “Who’s On First” skit from Abbott & Costello as well!
