Before John Cougar became a household name after scoring a number two hit with Hurts So Good, and a number one hit for Jack & Diane in 1982, he released one of our all time favorite songs not just from Cougar, but from anyone. Ain’t Even Done with the Night was the second single released from Cougar’s 1980 album Nothin’ Matters and What If It Did, and it was his first top 20 hit on the Hot 100 charts when it peaked at number 17 in 1981.

Enjoy this look back at John Cougar performing Ain’t Even Done with the Night live on TV back in the day!

Just for fun, we’ve also got his videos for Hurts So Good and Jack & Diane as well!
