Def Leppard’s Hysteria was their first top ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. In 1987, it peaked at number ten on the Hot 100 charts and number nine on the Rock charts. It was one of six top ten Rock singles from Def Leppard’s ‘Hysteria’ album.
