I have no idea what local channel this interview was for, but it’s fascinating to watch. The interview is taking place at Rodney Dangerfield’s club Dangerfield’s in Manhattan back in 1980. It’s both a behind-the-scenes interview as well as the entire interview all-in-one. I have to admire all four actors for their patience and demeanor before and during the interview. It basically feels like no one there really knows what is going on, including the interviewer, but strangely enough, it’s very entertaining to watch.

Enjoy this look back at a very early interview with the stars of Caddyshack, Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Murray, and Ted Knight!
