Adam Ant – ‘Goody Two Shoes’ from 1982

In 1982, Adam Ant released his first solo album titled Friend or Foe. The album produced three top 40 hits in the UK, and Ant’s first top 20 hit on the Hot 100 charts in the U.S. Goody Two Shoes was the first single released from the album, and it became his first solo number one hit in the UK, and it peaked at number 12 on the Hot 100 charts in the U.S. It also became his first top ten hit on the Rock charts when it peaked at number seven on the Mainstream Rock charts.
