Stripes Graduation Scene

July 6, 2019 By the80sruled Leave a Comment

The graduation scene in Stripes is still one of the greatest scenes in any movie that we’ve ever seen. Stripes was released in 1981, and featured an all star cast including Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, John Candy, John Larroquette, Judge Reinhold, Bill Paxton, and Sean Young.

This scene is also famous for some of the best one-liners in movie history:

“That’s a fact, Jack!”

“Arrrrmmmyy training, sir!”

“Where is your drill sergeant, men? Blown up sir'”

“Boomshakalaka, Boomshakalaka, Boomshakalaka, Boom!”

“Why did the chicken cross the road? To get from the left to the right. He stepped out of rank, got hit by a tank, he ain’t no chicken no more, no!”

Enjoy this look back at one of the best scenes ever from Stripes, an 80’s movie classic!
