Rock n’ Roll legends Yes released their self-titled debut album way back in 1969. Since then, they’ve released 21 studio albums, 14 live albums, and 28 singles. Three of those singles were number one hits on the Mainstream Rock charts, and their biggest hit, Owner of a Lonely Heart, not only topped the rock charts, but also the Hot 100 charts in 1983. It’s their signature song, and one of the biggest hits of the entire decade of the ’80s.
Owner of a Lonely Heart was the first single released from their 1983 album 90125, which produced four top six rock hits. In addition to Owner of a Lonely Heart, the other hits were Changes, Leave It, and It Can Happen.
