When Harry Met Sally was released on July 21, 1989 and starred Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal. It’s a great movie, but by far the greatest scene is when Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal are eating lunch, and Meg Ryan does what has become one of the greatest fake orgasm scenes in movie history!
