I don t know how this is supposed to be a punishment, however, as Neil lives in a gorgeous, expensive home in Las Vegas with girlfriend Alicia Jacobs. He s surrounded by plaques and guitars, a yellow Hummer, televisions and comfort. Who wouldn t want to be on house arrest in his home, which was even featured on MTV s Cribs. Sure he can t leave his property or drive (which is the point anyway), but he has plenty things to keep himself occupied. I m sure the 15 days will go by very fast.
