Toto’s I’ll Be Over You was the first single released from Toto’s 1986 album Fahrenheit. It topped the AC charts as well as peaked at number 11 on the Hot 100 chart. Michael McDonald was a guest musician on the song and provide the vocal counterpoint on the recording with lead vocals from guitarist Steve Lukather. Another huge hit for Toto with Lukather on lead vocals was 1982’s Rosanna where he shared lead vocal honors with Bobby Kimball.
