The Ghostbusters “He Slimed Me” Scene

January 10, 2022 By the80sruled Leave a Comment

There are so many awesome scenes from 1984’s Ghostbusters, but one of our absolute favorites is when the Ghostbusters go out on their first call to find a green ghost known as Slimer inhabiting the walls of a hotel. Ray, played by Dan Aykroyd sees chubby, gluttonous Slimer first, but before he can zap him, he vanishes through a wall in the hall, and Venkman, played by Bill Murray is next to see him, but before he can move out of the way, Slimer slams into him. When Ray reaches Venkman, he’s on the ground covered in slime and utters, “He slimed me…” LOL

Enjoy this look back at the Ghostbusters first encounter with Slimer, aka The Green Ghost!
