In 1981, Stevie Nicks teamed up with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers for Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around, her debut solo single from her first solo album, Bella Donna. It peaked at number three on the Hot 100 and number two on the Rock charts.
The album spawned three more top 40 hits for Nicks with Leather and Lace with Don Henley, Edge of Seventeen, and After the Glitter Fades.
