In 1982, ABBA singer Anni-Frid Lyngstad (Frida) released a solo album called Something’s Going On, and the lead single was ‘I Know There’s Something Going On’. She wanted to record an album that was different from the “ABBA-sound”, and this song was a huge success. It was produced by Phil Collins and featured Collins on drums and backing vocals.
