Smokey and the Bandit II was released in 1980 as the sequel to 1977’s Smokey and the Bandit, one of the funniest movies of all time. In this scene from the sequel, Bo, played by Burt Reynolds, is wasted but just has to hold it together for five minutes so he and Cledus, played by Jerry Reed, can close a deal with the Burdette brothers, Big and Little Enos.

Burt nailed this scene, and it’s one of our favorite scenes from the movie. Enjoy this hilarious look back at Bo and Cledus closing the deal with Big Enos and Little Enos in Smokey and the Bandit II from 1980, and for nostalgia sake, enjoy a look at one of our favorite scenes of all time from the original Smokey and the Bandit where Sheriff Buford T. Justice orders a Diablo samich with the Bandit looking on!
