The Tubes - 'Talk To Ya Later' Music Video from 1981

In 1981, The Tubes released their fifth studio album The Completion Backward Principle. The first single released from the album was Don’t Want To Wait Anymore, which became their first top 40 hit on the Hot 100 charts, peaking at number 35 in 1981, and the second single was Talk to Ya Later, which became their first top ten on the Rock charts, peaking at number seven in 1981. They scored one more top ten on the Hot 100 charts with She’s A Beauty, which peaked at number ten, and also became their first and only number one rock hit, topping the Mainstream Rock charts in 1983.
