In 1981, Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) scored a top ten hit with their single Hold On Tight, the first single from their 1981 album Time – ELO. Hold On Tight was their seventh and final top ten hit on the Hot 100 charts, although they did score a couple more hits around the world with 1983’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Is King and 1986’s Calling America.
