‘You Might Think’ was released by The Cars in March 1984. It was their first number one song on the Billboard Rock charts. It was the first single released from their album ‘Heartbeat City’, which also spawned another number one rock hit with ‘Magic’ and a top five hit on the pop charts with ‘Drive’.
